Wow, Endomondo is a pretty cool app for tracking bike rides. I used it briefly a couple of years ago, and just tried it again today. The web interface is very nice. The attached screenshot shows the elevation vs. speed graph for my ride today (and you thought Wisconsin was flat? this is one of my least hilly routes).
