was in London for a few days, lots of bikes, but different than Munich. Munich is almost 100% no helmet, working clothes commuting. London is more than 50% helmet, at least 33% hi-vis outerwear, many bikes had blinkies, lots of road bikes along with hybrids and uprights, and a decent amount of spandex, which was never seen in Germany. Definitely seemed that there was a huge advantage in being able to travel in packs.
