The weather forecast looks good here in Madison for the lunar eclipse on Sunday evening, Sept 27. The link below has a terrific timetable for the eclipse, with the major USA timezones listed. The key datum is that the total eclipse will begin at 9:11pm CDT, but you’ll be able to see the eclipse starting as early as 8pm. The 8pm-9pm hour will likely be the best because the moon will get noticeably redder and dimmer over that time period.
