There are two distinct Sony teams in the Madison area: my group which is part of Sony North America (cameras, TVs, pro and semi-pro editing software) and the other group which is part of Sony Network Entertainment (PlayStation content, movie distribution, consumer software). The SNE folks just released a very cool Android app for PlayStation video.

Released the PlayStation Video for Android app today.
Allows you to rent or buy videos, play them on your PlayStation or Android phone or tablet.
I did most of the native Android code (video playback). App is hybrid native/HTML+JavaScript. JS ‘store’ code is shared with store.PlayStation. com, which is also done in Madison.
