My brother Scott, former journalist and now law student, has started an interesting new blog analyzing some important current legal cases. This first article is about the fascinating case of Joshua Nisbet, which probes the limits of the constitutional right to a lawyer.
Scott was named Journalist of the Year in 2015 (http://www.pressherald.com/2015/10/17/portland-press-heraldmaine-sunday-telegram-win-top-maine-journalism-awards/) by the Maine Press Association and had a long career in the newspaper industry. I’ve been hearing his backstories for years, and it’s cool to read his unique perspectives on the news from this new angle.
