This article is not at all what I expected. Very engaging, gripping even. It’s a story about deep competence and devotion of govt employees, doing their best with a challenging job with steep political stakes. I recommend reading all the way to the end.
I put it in my Technology collection even though it’s not exactly the type of technology we usually think about.
